SHATAVARI– Asparagus recemosus

Shathavri, also known as Asparagus racemosus, has long been used in Ayurvedic Medicine as a women’s tonic. It is traditionally used to promote pitta balance, aid digestion, and support the female reproductive system. Additionally, it is used as a galactagogue, which helps promote breast milk production.
