Theme: Gluten-free food

Continuing our 2017 series of Ayurveda and cooking, this workshop focuses on providing a clear understanding of gluten in food and its effect on our health. Gluten is considered one of the most concerning nutrients in our food in recent times. We will explain why, as well as learn about satisfying ways to prepare gluten-free food using an Ayurvedic approach.

9 – 10am:      Ayurvedic approach to gluten-free diet and nutrition (lecture by Dr Pradeep Neupane)

10 – 11am:   Cooking workshop — Preparing balanced, gluten-free meals (led by chef Ranchor)

11 – 12pm:   Question and answer session, followed by lunch
